The event aimed to share tools and experiences that help SMEs understand the changes and adapt to them in the best possible way. <em>ADNPymes<\/em> allows and facilitates the connection between companies with the same concerns.<\/p>\n<p><em>ADNPymes<\/em> is a project that covers 20 Spanish cities, looking for the most important sectors in each location. In each event, solutions and experiences are provided to enhance the online reputation of SMEs.<\/p>\n<p>In Malaga, it was held on Thursday, March 21 at the Barcel\u00f3 hotel. The event began with the Finance and Strategy session opened by the <strong>CEO of La Neurona, Miguel \u00c1ngel Robles \u00c9lez-Villarroel,<\/strong> explaining the main challenges that SMEs must respond to to be competitive and the silent diseases they suffer in the business environment. Next, the director of <strong>Bankia<\/strong>&#8216;s Andalusian SME Zone, <strong>Luis M\u00e9ndez Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong>, proposed possible financial solutions for companies, although he cited that financing is no longer one of the main problems for SMEs, which had led banks to propose services and tools to help them make decisions. Moving on to digital issues, <strong>Manolo Quesada<\/strong>, <strong>head of the economic-financial area of \u200b\u200bthe Carmen Thyssen museum in Malaga<\/strong> proposed digitalization strategies to achieve greater performance and growth from a financial perspective. Continuing with the same theme, <strong>Felipe Fern\u00e1ndez Cantalejo, commercial director of the A3SATEL Group<\/strong>, presented how business systems could be standardized and simplified with a future in which electronic invoicing predominates, already mandatory in all administrations of the European Union as of April 18.<\/p>\n<p>The second part of the session focused on sales and customer management. It consisted of a panel of experts, with Miguel \u00c1ngel Robles as moderator, in which they debated together with <strong>Crist\u00f3bal Parra, director of the M\u00e1laga branch of Cr\u00e9dito y Cauci\u00f3n<\/strong>, and <strong>Luis Coll, financial director of MACRUM<\/strong>, about clients, the situation of the markets, ways to guarantee collection and sales with daily and exhaustive management of the SME&#8217;s treasury. Regarding the commercial process, <strong>Juan Miguel Herrero de la Iglesia, marketing and sales director of La Neurona<\/strong>, emphasized the four essential aspects to advance in the world of sales: <em>attitude, focus, discipline and perseverance<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Between the sessions there was a coffee break for <em>networking<\/em>, in which event participants were able to exchange experiences and opinions with sector experts.<\/p>\n<p>The third and last session of the event was aimed at the importance of people in a company. <strong>Dolores Almagro Cuesta, director of human resources at Mondat Baker<\/strong>, reminded the SMEs present with her presentation of the importance of talent management and the creation of committed teams in this time of digitalization.
