Málaga is divided into eleven districts with different histories and evolution. Within these, a wide variety of business and commercial activities are developed that the Municipal Institute for Training and Employment (IMFE), promoted by the Malaga City Council, aims to promote through events in which experiences, ideas and businesses are exchanged.

The events are aimed at businessmen and entrepreneurs in the city. Events have already been held in the districts of Bailen-Miraflores, Ciudad Jardín and Churriana. Future conferences will be held in the other districts: Málaga Este, Puerto de la Torre, Cruz del Humilladero, Palma-Palmilla, Teatinos y Universidad, Campanillas, Carretera Cádiz and Málaga Centro.

The event program usually consists of the following:

First of all, once the attendees have been received, the district councilor or the person in charge of IMFE is in charge of opening the event. Next, Rocío García from RGD Factoría de Proyectos is in charge of presenting the decalogue of the day to take advantage of the business meeting.

After the inauguration, the presentations of the attending companies begin, which will have to have prepared or improvise an elevator pitch that should last a maximum of two minutes in which they present their products and services to the rest.

Once the presentations and interventions of the SMEs have been made, we move on to the space prepared to have the business breakfast in an informal and close environment where we can establish new networks of contacts and exchange ideas and professional experiences. Coaching professionals such as José Villoslada Ekai, from Psinergia Coaching usually participate in this part of the day, creating a participatory and lively environment with different activities.

The location of the meetings is usually very attractive as they are always held in important places in the Malaga town such as the La Noria Social Innovation Center, the Santa Catalina Castle or the La Concepción Historical Botanical Garden.

In these events we have met different companies and met other colleagues with whom we had already met such as Panda Rojo Producciones, Babel Idiomas, Rojo Mandarina, consulting and training entrepreneurs, and many more companies from different sectors.
